From the Farm

olive Oil

Our extra virgin olive oil starts from handpicking our fruit from 2,500 olive trees on our land. We are mindful of the delicacy of our trees and therefore only use safe practices of harvesting our olives.

We only cold-press our olive oil. This process allows the fruit to stay below 50C or (122 F) maintaining the integrity of the oil avoiding damage to the other properties.

Annually, we produce 3,000 liters of olive oil. For over 15 years we have perfected our process of harvest by:

• Handpicking our olives

• Putting them in crates

• Delivering them to the press daily

• Cleaned, cold-pressed, and returned to the farm

• Stored in stainless steel containers

We were inspired to launch a ceramics line by international artists we hosted from Korea, Canada, France, and Morocco.

Our vision is to create beautiful objects, collaborative work with artists from all over the world, and make bespoke pieces for customers.

At the Farm, we constantly try different methods, pigments, shapes, and clays. We use our on soil, Moroccan red clay, Spanish red clay, and Italian white clay, depending on the pieces. Our experiment with many different kinds of glazes using natural pigments from plants and minerals.

Our commitment to our ceramics line is seen through our tailor-made bottled gas kiln, built specifically for our farm by Moroccan experts from Safi.

bread & Other Items

Making sourdough bread is humbling and exhilarating.  The three primary ingredients we use to make our sourdough bread are flour, water, and salt.

We mainly make bread using rye flour, wheat, or oat flour. The starter is made with rye flour. We continue to experiment with high-quality ingredients and partner with @domainesauvage and @marrakesh_organics to contribute to making our delicious bread.
